Dr. Abirami Premnath, a senior yoga and naturopathy specialist with over 11 years of experience. She completed her Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yoga Science (BYNS) at Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University in 2013. Dr. Abirami has dedicated her career to empowering individuals to heal naturally, addressing the root causes of health concerns through Naturopathy and yoga practices.

Dr. Abirami has been honoured with the Triumph Women Achiever’s Award in 2022 for her outstanding contributions to the field of Naturopathy. She is the founder of Connect 2 Health Naturopathy & Yoga Clinic in Chennai and serves as a consultant at ALM Ayush
Chennai’s first Naturopathy Housecall programme associated with Padmasri Dr V S Natrajan Geriatric foundation and pregnant women and offers health and family counselling, pregnancy yoga, weight loss regimens, lifestyle disorder management, pain management, and psychological solutions.
